(Radio.com) Tuesday (November 19) was a big day for Charlotte, NC country radio station The New 1037 and country fans alike as country super group Lady Antebellum stopped by the station to promote their brand new Golden: Deluxe Version album. Most country stars of their caliber don't take much time out of their schedules to visit radio stations so imagine our surprise when Lady A called and said they wanted to meet some loyal 1037 listeners.

Not only did they want to come by and meet listeners, but they played a mini-concert of five songs, had an interview with Tanner & Guenn and even did a Q&A with audience members. It's the small, intimate shows the band miss so much while touring. While they sell out arenas all over the country, the more simple acoustic shows are their favorite. "The way we started was like this it's a nice change of pace," Charles Kelley admits about the more subdued acoustic shows. "We try to make moments like that in our arena tour as well but there's something to be captured in these [intimate] moments," Hillary Scott adds while Dave Haywood agrees.

Two of the newest songs fans get on their new deluxe album include "Compass" and "And The Radio Played," two hits that struck them immediately when they heard them. "And The Radio Played", they admit, is the song they hope has major longevity. "It's basically a song about songs of the 80s and 90s that take you back to those memories and we started thinking about 'what's our role'," Charles says. "Songs like 'House That Built Me', we'll be listening to that for 30, 40 years down the road." If you haven't listened to it yet, it's a song that features song titles of the most memorable country songs of the 80s, 90s and today.

When the radio played "I Hope You Dance" "You'll Think of Me"
"What Hurts The Most" "Before He Cheats"
"I Don't Want This Night To End" "The House That Built Me" "Remember When"
"Love Story", "She's My Kind of Rain",
"She's Country" "Forever and For Always",
"Don't Blink" "Because I Saw God Today"
And the radio plays

And while the trio was writing this epic song for the masses, Hillary was undergoing her own life changing moment: giving birth to her daughter Eisley. "[She] has been showered with gifts it's been so amazing to see just how many people love her," the new mother beamed. In fact, it was a gift from one of her country friends that really stood out to her and her husband, drummer Chris Tyrrell. "Darius [Rucker] and his wife Beth sent us a rocking chair that has wagon wheels as the arms and has a pillow that says 'Rock Me Momma Like A Wagon Wheel'," she explains excitedly before going on to talk about how spoiled her four-month-old daughter is already. People have been giving her gifts on the road that has given Eisley some of the cutest outfits in existence. More including a stream.
