Touchstone and The Reasoning Plan Cancer Fundraiser For Magenta Singer

. (Prog) The inaugural Trinity tour, a triple-headliner featuring Magenta, Touchstone and The Reasoning, has been postponed as a result of Magenta vocalist Christina Booth's cancer fight. But those who have bought tickets are being offered a consolation fundraising event, and the original shows will be rescheduled once her treatment is completed.

Booth revealed last month that she'd been diagnosed with breast cancer, forcing Magenta to call off a number of appearances in support of latest album The Twenty Seven Club.

Trinity shows had been planned for London's Islington Assembly on Saturday, May 17 next year, and Leamington Spa's Assembly on Sunday, May 18.

People who have purchased tickets for either show are invited to the Leamington venue on May 18 for an all-day event featuring The Reasoning and Touchstone, with all proceeds to be donated to cancer charities. more on this story
