Former Bluesbreakers Guitarist Buddy Whittington Plans Solo Shows
. Whittington is hoping the show marks the start of many more visits to the UK in 2014. He tells The Blues: "2013 has been a steadily better year for us touring-wise. Here's hoping the economy continues to stabilise enough to get people off the couch and out to see some live music. "I'd like to be back over in the spring and summer of 2014 to play some festival dates that I always seem to miss while working at home," he says. "And there's a possibility we could be the support act on a sizeable UK tour by an English artist that I spent quite a while on the road with. I sure hope we can get the logistics together for that!" more on this story The Blues Magazine is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
