Eric Bibb Using New Technology For Early Blues

(The Blues) Eric Bibb may be up to his neck in early blues but he's also up to date with the latest technology and he doesn't see any culture clash between the two. In fact, he's brought the themes together in latest album Jericho Road, on sale digitally now and on CD and vinyl on November 4, both via ABC Music.

Bibb tells This Is Somerset: "We connect ourselves with others through modern technology every day; but our compassion and understanding need to catch up.

"Even a cursory study of the world's religions will reveal so much common ground. It seems absurd that there is so much conflict based on religion. We need to look at this more seriously � and I think that it what technology is really for: reinforcing that connection on a real heart level." more on this story
