Before parting ways with the band (the Go-Go's cited "irreconcilable differences), Valentine was entitled to a 20 percent share of the band's revenue through Ladyhead LLC, the company that handled the band's licensing and other business affairs. But in a complaint filed on May 24 with the Los Angeles Superior Court, Valentine alleges that the current members of the band- Belinda Carlisle, Jane Wiedlin, Charlotte Caffey and Gina Schock�created a new company, GoGoCo Corp., to "license the band's name, brand and trademark" and deny her money.
