(Classic Rock) Swedish glam outfit Crashdiet have issued an SOS to fans after they lost their manager in a tragic accident last month. Michael Sunden, 45, died after falling and hitting his head at the Rock City venue in Nottingham. He was a respected professional with years of experience behind him.

But the band are facing financial ruin because only Sunden was keeping track of transactions while the band were on the road. Now they're hoping fans can come to their aid or they fear their career could be at an end.

Crashdiet say in a statement: "The tragic passing of our beloved friend Michael was a hard hit for us to take, and it still is. After many sleepless nights we decided to continue the European leg of the tour as planned, mainly because this is what he would have wanted.

"However, the harsh reality is that Michael worked alone with the finances, and his sudden passing left us in a extremely bad situation money-wise." more.
