Nazareth Want To Expand and Reschedule Postponed Tour

. (Classic Rock) Nazareth are aiming to reschedule their postponed UK tour in November. They were forced to call off the trek after singer Dan McCafferty contracted a chest infection in Brazil.

Bassist Pete Agnew tells Classic Rock: "It's a complete pisser but it can't be helped. Dan only managed to struggle through the last gig in Brazil, but that didn't help his voice. By the time we got back to Scotland he couldn't speak, never mind sing.

"We hope to put all the dates in around our show at the Hard Rock Hell festival. The good news is, because of the Brazil tour we could only squeeze in five UK shows � all in England, by the way � but now we have the chance to extend it over a larger area." More rock news.
