Lindsay Lohan Going To Rehab Not Jail

. Lindsay Lohan has avoided doing jail time by making a plea deal in her latest court case that will send the actress to a lock-down rehab.

The actress pleaded no contest on Monday to reckless driving, lying to police and to obstructing the officers that were investigating the accident involving Lohan where she allegedly crashed a Porsche into a dump truck on Pacific Coast Highway last June and told police she was not driving.

Lohan was sentenced to jail time, including five days and 90 days on two charges, 30 days of community service and 18 months of psychological therapy; however the judge will allow her to serve the jail time in rehab. Fox News reports that the judge said, "She is to do 90 days at a locked rehab facility. She is not allowed to leave the facility at all."

Superior Judge Superior Court Judge James R. Dabney also had some advise for Lohan after he handed down the sentence, "A suggestion -- don't drive."
Lohan's previous probation for has been extended two years as part of the deal, according to CNN. "This is it," Dabney told her. "You violate your probation, and we're not going to have discussions of putting you back on probation."
