Lohan reportedly refused to make a plea deal that would see her punished for the alleged crime, according to TMZ.

The actress is accused of lying to police after she told officers that she was not driving a Porsche that crashed into a truck on Pacific Coast Highway last June.

She was charged after her assistant reportedly told investigators that Lohan was indeed driving the vehicle at the time of the crash.
