Gary Moore's Girlfriend Cut Out of Estate?

. (hennemusic) An update on the estate of guitarist Gary Moore, who died in 2011, has been made public. The Daily Mail reports the former Thin Lizzy guitarist left none of his ?2million estate to his girlfriend Petra Nioduschewski, because he did not draw up a will.

Nioduschewski battled in vain to resuscitate Moore in their room at a luxury hotel in Spain on February 6, 2011 as he died from a heart attack following a night of heavy drinking.

Probate records reveal that the guitarist left a net estate of ?2,088,134 after liabilities. But High Court documents state that he did not leave a will so, under intestate rules, it is believed his fortune will be split between his four children. more on this story
