Zakk Wylde To Receive The Riff Monster Award

(Gibson) Zakk Wylde is set to be honored for his work with Black Label Society, Ozzy Osbourne and beyond at the Vegas Rocks! Magazine Awards 2013 this summer.

Specifically, the Gibson loyalist will be honored with the Riff Monster award at the show, which is scheduled to rock The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on Aug. 25.

In addition to Wylde, a crop of big-named guitarists and musicians are expected to appear at the event, including former Ozzy Osbourne and Quiet Riot bass player Rudy Sarzo, founding Queensr�che singer Geoff Tate, ex-AC/DC and Dio drummer Simon Wright and Scorpions drummer James Kottak. more on this story
