Make-up artists Andie Markoe-Byrne (Colbie Caillat, Feist, Maria Sharapova) showed us how to use neon eyeliner for a pop of color that will explode off your face when the stage lights hit it � and an extra trick to make the look super modern.

Markoe-Byrne layers neon blue pencil and neon blue creme eyeliner to get the ultra-bright effect. To maximize the effect, she showed us how to make a winged V shape around the edges of the eye.

Her pro-tip: avoid neon purple, it is not flattering to most skin types.
