They report that law enforcement sources have told them that Bieber was at a hooka lounge in Hollywood when someone tried to take a picture of the pop star.

A source told the site that one of Bieber's bodyguards tried to stop the person from taking pictures and a "scruffle" ensued. The person who was taking the photographs eventually called police, but by the time that police arrived on the scene, Bieber and his entourage were gone.

TMZ has been told that the police have opened a misdemeanor battery investigation focused on the actions of Bieber's bodyguards, not the popstar.
