Machin believes prog music has a bright future � he recently told Prog Magazine: "There's so much great progressive stuff out at the moment. With the likes of Steven Wilson and co creating and producing music of a very high standard, it's easy to hear what bands are the real deal; whereas, I think, a few years people didn't take much interest because a lot of prog was a pastiche of the 70s.
