Jason Aldean Breaks Records At Fenway Park
. The previous records had been held by Paul McCartney, for a single-night concert, and Dave Matthews, for his two-night run in 2006. Aldean wound up bringing in more than 70,000 fans over the two days to the historic baseball stadium. Not bad for the first country artist to ever play the venue. Aldean tweeted the big news to fans on Saturday, "#AldeanBoston we broke the single night & two night attendance records...& the all time beer sales record! http://fb.me/10s17cTTf" Fenway was one of several massive venues Aldean has been playing during his 2013 Night Train Tour, during which he's graduated from arenas and amphitheaters to becoming a stadium headliner. In a recent Radio.com Essentials profile, he talked about how important his live shows are to his music career. Check it out here. Radio.com is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
