The hashtag #cut4bieber has reportedly been used by online fans who posted it along with photos of bleeding arms, supposedly to encourage Bieber to stop smoking marijuana after tabloid photos and reports surface claiming the young star was using the drug. Another young star has spoken out again the trend, Miley Cyrus retweeted the following message: "#cut4bieber? Cutting is NOT something to joke about. There are people who are actually suffering from self-harm, this is so disrespectful."
