Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan has some more trouble on her hands in the form of a new tax lien from the Golden State.

The actress reportedly owes the state of California $56,717 for her unpaid 2011 income taxes, according to Aceshowbiz.

The site reports that a representative in the Los Angeles County Recorder's Office said that the new lien was filed Thursday, February 21.

Lohan faced similar trouble for reportedly failing to pay taxes in 2009 and in 2010, according to the report.
