Brown and Drake both pointed the fingers at each other in new legal docs, blaming the other one for starting the brawl at the W.i.P. nightclub in New York City last June.

The documents, which TMZ classified as the music stars suing each other, are reportedly in response to a lawsuit filed by a French model, Romain Julien, who sued Brown, Drake and the nightclub for injuries he suffered during the brawl.

Brown and Drake each ask a judge to pin the blame on the other, according to TMZ, each claiming they were not responsible for the fight and wanting the other to be responsible to pay any damages should the model win the case.
