The Ranch Music Festival Set To Take Place Next Month
. The new festival will be taking place in the Santa Monica Mountains on March 2, with an option to camp out overnight. The event will benefit a charity organization called "Ranch Kids", which has been serving the LA-area since 1997, giving local kids the opportunity to learn first-hand about agriculture, farming and raising animals up on The Ranch. The lineup include The Internet (OFWGKTA), Kisses, Mansions on The Moon, Races, Goodnight Keaton (Of Miami Horror), The Dustbowl Revival, Zak Waters, Gavin, Terraplane Sun, Jeffertitti's Nile, Bones, Bixel Boys, The Record Company, Mystery Skulls, Tropicool, Will Crimes, Hott MT, The Diamond Light, Neo Fresco, Midnight Surfer, Dan Wilcox (KCRW), and more on Saturday, until the very late hours of the night. The morning will commence with the Eagle Rock Gospel Singers. "The Ranch" is an epic live music benefit party, nestled in the hills and wild wilderness of Los Angeles. In the spirit of the music scenes that came together in our city's canyons, there will be two stages on 20 acres providing a full day & night of LA-based bands, artists, DJs, food and drinks. The 18 and up event was created by two talent buyers at popular LA music venues who wanted to support LA-area musicians and artists, while also raising money for a good cause. More details here.
