Lavato will be releasing the new song "Heart Attack" on March 4th; it will be the lead single from her forthcoming album.

The pop star will debut the song on "American Idol" host Ryan Seacrest's Los Angeles radio show "On Air with Ryan Seacrest".

The teaser features a short auto-tuned vocal snippet along with narration from Lovato saying the following, "For a while, I could tell that when people would talk to me, they knew my story. I think I've opened up more on this album. My life began to evolve and I started to grow. These are songs about the celebration of life and how rewarding it can be. This is what this album is about."
