Last week a judge ruled against Travolta's attorney's motion that the case be handled through arbitration and would therefore be heard in open court.

On Monday the case was dismissed, according to TMZ who report that the terms were not disclosed, making it unclear if Travolta made a financial settlement with the cruise ship.
