Carly Rae Jepsen to Play Cinderella on Broadway
. Though she's best known for her 2012 hit "Call Me Maybe," Jepsen began performing in musical theater in high school, starring in productions of Annie, The Wiz and Grease before attending the Canadian College of Performing Arts. "It was essentially musical theater training with studies in singing, dancing and acting," Jepsen told the New York Times of her education.
