According to CBS DC, Brown was accused of allegedly punching and breaking a man's nose outside of the W Hotel when a man tried to get a picture of the singer. In the report, Parker Isaac Adams, 20, said Brown told him, "I'm not down with that gay s�" and "I feel like boxing."
