Jake E Lee's Singer Apologizes For Bad First Show
. The band, whose debut track was unveiled last month, made their initial stage appearance at Hollywood's Whiskey A Go Go last week. But after a spate of negative reviews, mainly concentrating on Darren James Smith's vocal performance, he's taken the blame for their poor showing. Smith says: "No excuses: I f**ked up. I can't believe the band is sticking with me. The most sincere apologies to the band and all the Jake fans. You deserved better and you're going to get it."
