Lana Del Rey Announces Title of 'Born to Die' Follow-Up
. Wednesday night (Dec. 4) at the Hollywood premiere of Tropico, Lana told the crowd, "I really just wanted us all to be together so I could try and visually close out my chapter before I release the new record." She then revealed that the upcoming record would be called Ultra Violence, but chose not to give any other details about what fans could expect from the new release. She didn't even confirm whether the title is two words, one or hyphenated, which is how the phrase is written in Anthony Burgess' classic 1962 novel, A Clockwork Orange. Back in August, Lana told Radio.com that her new album was in the works, but had been thrown off by the recent barrage of leaks of her songs. "To be honest, what really happened was, three years ago somebody remotely accessed my hard drive, so even songs I've never emailed to myself [were accessed]," she explained.
