One Direction comes in fourth place, right in front of Jay Z whose Magna Carta Holy Grail album sold 528,000 in July, according to Billboard. Midnight Memories not only went to No. 1 in the U.S., but in over 26 other countries including Canada, Australia, Belgium, Portugal, Spain, Ireland, Sweden, Turkey, Croatia, Czech Republic, Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Japan, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Middle East, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand.
