Former Nightwish Singer Anette Olzon Releasing Solo Debut

(TeamRock Radio) Anette Olzon, the singer who was fired from Nightwish last year, will be releasing her first-ever solo album in early 2014, she has confirmed.

Shine has been under production since 2009, but includes songs written more recently. She'd planned to release it some time ago but postponed it due to her commitments with Nightwish.

Olzon says: "The overall message of the album is that life can be really dark and filled with hardship and sadness � but you can always choose to see some light coming through, to make you stronger and full of life, making you shine, no matter what." more on this story
