The band is now officially billed as Stone Temple Pilots with Chester Bennington, after the Linkin Park frontman took over vocal duties following the firing of former singer Scott Weiland.

The new EP will be entitled "High Rise" and the band will be releasing the effort on their very own record label, Play Pen (distributed through ADA), on October 8th.

As we previously reported, the EP will include the group's debut single "Out of Time", which has topped both the mainstream and active rock radio charts.

Additional song titles include "Black Heart," "Same on the Inside," "Cry Cry," and "Tomorrow". The band will be kicking off their North American tour next week.
