Today Henry Garza from Los Lonely Boys tells us about their brand new single "Blame It On Love" which was just released and is just a taste of the new music that the group is working on. Here is the story:

We just want to first start off by saying thank you to antiMusic for the feature! It is really exciting to finally be back in the studio and making new music!

Our new single, "Blame It On Love," which was released on iTunes last Tuesday, is the first taste of this batch of new music we have recorded during our touring breaks. We picked this track to be the first to be released because we felt that this song really took us back to our Texican roots, and it was a song that almost anyone could connect with. The real inspiration behind this song was love, and we were looking for a way to say that love is the reason for everything. In all honesty, who hasn't had a situation where they could blame the outcome on love!? If we really pay attention, everything we do is motivated by love.

As for the actual recording of the track, the track was recorded in Austin, TX at Bismeaux Studios. We worked on this track with Don Gehman, and that was awesome. He has worked with so many greats (John Mellencamp, R.E.M.), and it was a humbling experience to be in the studio with him. Don just has a way of knowing how to make a track pop, and he did that with "Blame It On Love."

Overall, it was a great experience laying this track down, and we are very excited to share this new collection of songs. We are extremely blessed to continue to have the opportunity to spread the gospel of Texican rock and roll, and we hope that you like what you hear!

Hearing is believing. Now that you know the story behind the song, listen for yourself here and learn more about the song, upcoming tour dates and more right here!
