Prior to the arrest Kid Rock posted the images of the man � who was on crutches? � attempting to break into his Clarkston home to the official Kid Rock website under the heading "Don't Mess with a Motherf***er Like Me."

He then offered a few details about some of his personal hobbies for those would-be burglars who may be unfamiliar with Kid Rock's feelings about guns:

"Thank God I was not on the property at the time of this attempted break in. I am an avid hunter and marksman and I will not hesitate to shoot anyone who has myself or family in fear for our lives.
