. As reported by Billboard.com, the veteran singer re-tweeted news that "Sweet Caroline" had sold 19,000 copies since April 15, adding the words, "Donating these royalties to #OneFund!" The playing of "Sweet Caroline" � the adopted anthem of the Boston Red Sox � has become integral to the healing process in the wake of the Boston tragedy. Diamond delivered a rousing rendition of the song on April 20 at Fenway Park, during the Red Sox's first home game following the incident.
