Singer Michael Starr and guitarist Satchel check in from the studio in Sherman Oaks, California where the band has teamed up with producer Jay Ruston (Anthrax, Stone Sour) to record its the album for a September release.

The new project is the follow-up to 2011's "Balls Out" release, which debuted at #540 on the Billboard 200 with opening week sales of 12,000 copies.

Steel Panther recently announced their "Spreading The Disease (S.T.D.) Tour"; the 20-date trek kicks off on April 13 in Orlando, Florida at WJRR's Earthday Birthday.
