Okay, technically A Taste of St. Louis is a food festival. But besides lavish spreads of delicious edibles and drinkables, A Taste is known for offering lots of art, cultural activities and music. The event takes place outdoors at Soldiers Park, adjacent to the mighty Mississippi River and in the shadow of the city's famous Gateway Arch and all concerts are free. Fort Worth Music Festival
