Not Guilty Plea For Nelly Tour Bus Bust
. As TMZ first reported, Nelly's tour bus was pulled over on Thursday in Siera Blanca, TX and cops discovered 36 small baggies of heroin (totaling .64 ounces) and over TEN POUNDS of marijuana inside a large green duffel bag. At the time of the arrest, law enforcement sources told TMZ that Brian Keith Jones admitted the drugs (as well as a loaded .45 caliber pistol) were his. But it looks like Jones will try and fight the felony charges ... as law enforcement sources tell TMZ he pled not guilty last night. He was released on bond early this morning. For his part, Nell previously told TMZ he had no idea the drugs or the gun were onboard the bus. more on this story TMZ submitted this story.
