T.I. Saved Creed Frontman Scott Stapp's Life
. Stapp appeared on Vh1's Big Morning Buzz Live this week to promote his memoire and related the story which begins his book. He was in the penthouse of Miami's Delano Hotel and he "started hearing things like the cops were coming through the door and I started thinking... 'I can't embarrass my family.'" He then said he tried to crawl over the penthouse balcony and fell 40 feet. He laid there for over two and half hours after fracturing his skull, breaking his hip and nose when his "guardian angel" T.I. showed up and saved him, "He immediately took care of the situation and saved my life," Stapp said.
