Foo Fighters Not Breaking Up

. (Classic Rock) Dave Grohl has released a statement confirming the Foo Fighters are on hiatus but do not intend to split.

Fans became concerned at the weekend after he told the audience at New York's Central Park: "We don't have any shows after this. Honestly, I don't know when we're going to do it again."

Now Grohl explains, "I can't give up this band and I never will. Because it's not just a band to me � it's my life. It's my family. It's my world."
