. TMZ broke the story ... Mena's husband Simone Sestito was demanding $17k per month in spousal support ... claiming Mena makes a FORTUNE and he got used to living the good life. But Mena's rep tells TMZ the two talked things out in private and were able to bury the hatchet -- "They have amicably resolved their financial differences outside of Mediation and Court."
