Countdown to Diggy Part of New Warner Sound Video Channel

(FTM) Warner Bros have launched new Youtube Channel, The Warner Sound, which features exclusive content, and shows from a wide range of their music acts.

You can check out one of their first episodes, which is called Countdown to Diggy, Filming the "88" Music Video [Episode 1/5], which is a behind the scenes shoot during the taping of Diggy's "88" video. Watch it here.

The channel launched with live webcasts from the SXSW Music Conference and Festival March 13-15 by acts like T.I., B.o.B., Dr. John, Ed Sheeran, Theophilus London, Kimbra and Gary Clark, Jr.

Here are some more details they have put out about the new venture: Built around exclusive access to superstars, celebrities and breaking talent, "The Warner Sound" will offer an eclectic mix of specially produced programs, all with music at their core. The digital destination will embrace a broad spectrum of genres and formats, from artist interviews, backstage documentaries and live events to animated series, scripted comedy and experimental concepts that take advantage of YouTube's unique technology. Select programs will give fans the chance to decide the direction of the action, interact with artists or offer feedback. Accessible worldwide, 'The Warner Sound' will also feature rare films from Warner Music's vaults as well as material from artist channels.

The Warner Sound's content will include "ManTazia," an experimental film series by Cee-Lo Green; a documentary skein spotlighting WMG acts by Michael Rapaport (director of the A Tribe Called Quest docu "Beats Rhymes & Life"); and "Staged," a scripted drama based on lyrics by WMG artists.

Also airing will be "The Live Room," a series of intimate performances with scheduled appearances by B.o.B. and Regina Spektor; "Countdown To�," a docu about the ramp-up to the debut album release by rapper Diggy; and "Finding Cody Simpson," an interactive show for fans of the Aussie pop singer.
