The Metal Alliance Tour kicks off on Thursday in Austin and Devildriver is being supported by The Faceless, Dying Fetus, Job For A Cowboy, 3 Inches of Blood, Impending Doom, and Wretch. DevilDriver's website and social media sites have yet to comment on Patrick's condition or hospitalization at press time.
