. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Quaid was pulled over in Marina del Rey for a stop sign violation when the officers decided to conduct a DUI investigation. We're told cops determined DQ was not under the influence of anything and sent him on his way ... without so much as a ticket for the stop sign thing.
