The fragile thread that links the spirit of the human being to it's native place on this earth is still considered/celebrated and worshipped and it can be as simple as taking the time on a daily basis to watch the migration of birds or the position of the sun, moon, stars, seasons etc. Follow the Sun comes from this space and is a simple offering to remember in our busy days that many moons have risen and fallen long before we came and to humbly remember our place.
