(TMZ) He was probably kidding -- but Matt LeBlanc told TMZ he'd consider doing a "Friends" reunion somewhere down the line ... if the price is right.

Matt was leaving Craft restaurant in Los Angeles with his GF Andrea Anders Saturday night ... when we asked if he'd ever considering getting the old gang back together. LeBlanc replied, "I wish ... I could use the money."

Fun Fact -- the "Friends" cast made more than $1 MILLION per episode back in the day ... and he JUST won a Golden Globe ... but still, anything's possible if the check is big enough. more on this story
