The Melismatics Release New Album and Launch Tour This Week

. The Melismatics are their latest album, "Mania!" today (January 10th) which features collaborations with Dan Wilson (Adele, Semisonic) and Jon Auer who lends vocals to several tracks.

The band will kick off a national tour on January 12th at the Zoo Bar in Lincoln before heading to the West coast.

"Mania!" was produced by Jon Auer of The Posies and Big Star, along with Ed Ackerson (Motion City Soundtrack, Golden Smog, The Replacements) and was mixed by John Fields.
