Judge Rules On Kyuss Vs Kyuss Lives Battle
. But the lawman has warned drummer Brant Bjork and singer John Garcia that they'd be better off coming up with a new name for their outfit. Original Kyuss members Josh Homme and Scott Reeder raised legal action against their former bandmates after they revealed plans to record a Kyuss Lives album. Homme had previously approved the use of the title for live shows, and Reeder had been a member of the group for a time.
