"It's kinda fun because we try to play for our fans all the old, great, original band stuff that they like to hear," explains Rossington, the band's sole remaining founding member. "But it's really fun playing new stuff." "We're in an election year and all the politicians preaching, saying they're gonna do this and do that and most of the time they do nothing," says Van Zant. "So it's just about the good people that made this country of ours, who work hard and try to keep it going. But it's a hard time for America, so we need you politicians to stand up and do the right thing for us common folk."
