Feist and Mastodon Release Feistodon Single and Video
. The "Feistodon" split-single was one of the most in-demand exclusives during Record Store Day this past April. It features Feist's cover of Mastodon's "Black Tongue" and them returning the favor with a cover of Feist's "A Commotion" from 2011's Metals. Only 5000 color vinyl 7" singles were pressed up and sold out instantly. A "Feistodon" music video, directed by Vice Cooler, can be viewed here. The video is launched by an HTML5 "Feistodon" video app that allows users to crossfade between Feist and Mastodon's versions of "A Commotion" allowing users to make their own unique versions. Feist is about to embark on a European tour, concluding her touring cycle of Metals. Feist Summer Tour Dates
