Marc Anthony Files For Divorce From Jennifer Lopez
. In the papers, filed April 9 in L.A. County Superior Court, Marc is asking for joint legal and physical custody of the couple's twins, Emme and Max -- who are 4 years old. Marc wants the judge to shut the door on Jennifer if she asks for spousal support. Marc does not list a specific date of separation, but the couple announced their split back in July. They married in 2004. This will be Jennifer's 3rd divorce and the numero dos for Marc. He wants each party to foot the bill for their own attorney's fees. more on this story TMZ submitted this story.
