Simple Plan have announced plans for a fall tour of North American that will feature special guests, including Forever The Sickest Kids, The Cab, and Marianas Trench.

The �Get Your Heart On! Tour� will kick off on October 28th at Los Angeles� The Music Box and continue through late November.

Simple Plan will be touring in support of their first new release in over two years, �Get Your Heart On!�
