Singled Out: An Early Ending's Home
. "Home" is essentially the end of the story told throughout the album Igniter of a guy facing the reality of the steps he's taken in killing the love of his life. He wakes in the middle of the night to the voice of a demon and soon becomes possessed and looses his ability to comprehend reality, and can't find a way to deal with his life anymore after everything he's done. This song unveils all the emotions of the character through the eyes of himself and his possessed or crazy state of mind. We wanted to write a song that takes our path of writing on a more mature route and broaden the styles that we reference in our music. We really love rock and roll music, anything from Def Leapord, Taking Back Sunday, The All American Rejects to Circa Survive. And wanted to create something in our genre that sounds more rock influenced than metal. So hopefully when people listen to this track or any other track off this album they have fun picking out all the things we've listened to and loved from our lives and how we put our own twist on it. Hearing is believing. Now that you know the story behind the song, listen for yourself and learn more about the album right here!
