. Phil Lewis sent a letter to Metal Sludge last night regarding Tracii's recent decisions. In it, the singer didn't mince words regarding his thoughts on the situation. Tracii recently brought in a new singer for his band, a female named Dilana from Rockstar: Supernova fame.
